Pilot fixture: Code of conduct

18 September 2020

Read the code of conduct ahead of Town's pilot fixture with Northampton Town.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

We are delighted that you managed to secure one of the 1,000 tickets for tomorrow's match v Northampton Town.

Ahead of the match, we would like to clarify some queries we have had:

If you chose the option for an e-ticket (rather than an actual ticket) you should have been emailed the ticket(s) for printing at home. The alternative to this is within the email you should have the option to ‘add to Apple wallet’ etc if you prefer to use a digital ticket on your smartphone. You will need either option to access the stadium footprint at the 3 entry gates for soft ticket check eg physical ticket, print at home ticket or digital ticket on your phone. Please, therefore, ensure you have either option ready to show our staff at the gates to ensure entry flow can be quick and seamless and to avoid queues and issues with social distancing.

If you have received a confirmation email for your ticket(s) and have not received an e-ticket your physical ticket should be at the ticket office today for collection (up to 3 pm) or alternatively available from the ticket collection point tomorrow (on the path between Lidl and the 5 aside pitches).

Your actual season ticket or Fancard will not allow you to gain access to the game so there is no need to bring these.

Your ticket (physical/eticket or digital ticket) will be scanned at either Gate C or D so please ensure you have checked which gate in advance you have to enter at as this should be displayed on your ticket

Please where possible do not bring bags as this will delay the entry process for everyone as bags will need to be searched as normal

Catering (food and drinks) will be on sale from mobile catering units at the rear of the West Stand and also drinks only will be available from the Fanzone (outside) bar

Please ensure you and anyone attending as part of your bubble are aware of our Supporters Code of Conduct below as it is imperative everyone helps us make this pilot a success.
