Aaron Wilbraham previews Town's Sky Bet League One home fixture with Doncaster Rovers.

Shrewsbury Town welcome Doncaster Rovers to Montgomery Waters Meadow this weekend for Town's latest Sky Bet League One fixture.

Salop will be looking for a return to winning ways with the visit of Donny after losing out 4-1 away from home against Oxford United.

Town Assistant Manager Aaron Wilbraham expects to see another strong response from Steve Cotterill's men as they look to ensure all three points remain in Shropshire.

Update on the Gaffer:

"Today marks the 90th-day post-Covid for the Gaffer. He's been able to go and receive his first dose of the vaccination which he is happy about. When he was in the ICU, he had to have a dangerous injection that lowers his immune system. He needed to have that done so that the medication he was on could work.

"When you have that injection, it makes you susceptible to all kinds of things. He's reached that safety marker today and has had his first dose of the vaccine. To get over those two massive hurdles is a massive thing in his recovery. He's getting stronger every day and is still doing his yoga classes and things like that.

Best wishes to Darren Moore:

"We are really sorry to see the news, we know all too well what it is like dealing with that situation. Everyone at the Club sends their best wishes to Darren - we hope he gets well as soon as possible."

On the fixture:

"They have been flying all season but form like theirs can happen. They've taken a bit of a dip but that can happen in football. They will want to bounce back and we have to be on our guard ready for that. We need to make sure that their comeback doesn't happen against us.

"We want to see a reaction from our last game. We are looking to go into the game and see a good performance from our team. The lads all looked in good spirits today in training so that is positive. They have some quality players and we've watched numerous clips.

"We have done our homework as we always do. There will be players right throughout their squad who will want to get back to winning ways. They have players who can instantly change a game and we have to be aware of that. We need to make sure that our players are influential when we have possession and chances."
