David Edwards previews Town's Sky Bet League One home fixture with Lincoln City.
Shrewsbury Town welcome promotion-chasing Lincoln City to Montgomery Waters Meadow tomorrow evening for the latest Sky Bet League One fixture.
Salop will be looking to make it a double over the Imps after securing a 1-0 win last time out at Sincil Bank in December 2020.
Town number four David Edwards is looking forward to the test and hopes his team can make it consecutive wins with the visit of Michael Appleton's team after Town's away win over Blackpool in the last fixture.
On recovery from Blackpool:
"I am feeling ok, probably a little bit stiffer after a full game. It was a tough game and the heat didn't help - I think it was the hottest game of the season. Surprisingly, I felt reasonably good this weekend."
On the test of Lincoln:
"Preparation hasn't been too physical for this one. We have been doing work out on the pitch with Lincoln in mind. We have been looking at the good things we do and how we can bring that to fruition. We have been looking at ways we can break them down and score goals They are a very, very good team. We have done some video stuff so not too much on the legs.
"They are a terrific team and the 1-0 at their place was a really tough game. The Football League Trophy game was a tough night for us against them. They are very possession-based and it will be dififuclt. We will have to be organised like we were on Saturday and make sure we hurt them when we have chances. We need to have a strong end to the season and that's why Saturday was so important."
