George Nurse previews Town's fixture with Plymouth Argyle

George Nurse previews Town's Sky Bet League One home fixture with Plymouth Argyle.

After consecutive away fixtures, Shrewsbury Town return to Montgomery Waters Meadow for the latest Sky Bet League One fixture.

Steve Cotterill's men welocme Ryan Lowe's Plymouth Argyle to Shropshire as Salop look to ensure all three points remain at home.

George Nurse is looking forward to the test of the Pilgrims and notes he has settled into life well in Shropshire.

On the fixture:

"I have settled in really well. There is a great bunch of boys here and they've all welcomed me in. It has been good to get a few games under my belt early. I haven't played in the centre-back role too much in my career but I've really enjoyed it. You get quite a bit of time on the ball but you have added defensive duties. I feel like I've done well in there."

On being back at home:

"The first league game at home was a great atmosphere so it will be good to be back with the fans tomorrow. More fans, more noise, it helps the boys out and makes a real difference.

"Plymouth have made a number of signings and they're normally a good footballing side. We just need to approach the game in the usual way, focus on ourselves and hopefully get the result.

"With us, it's just about our confidence. We are a good team and we have good players in the squad. When we bring all of our attributes together, the results will come. Teams won't be able to handle us when it all comes together.

"When you are starting a game, the clean sheet is always on your mind and hopefully we can do that on the weekend. I am feeling good and we are ready to go."
