Steve Cotterill previews Town's Sky Bet League One home fixture with Plymouth Argyle.
After consecutive away fixtures, Shrewsbury Town return to Montgomery Waters Meadow for the latest Sky Bet League One fixture.
Steve Cotterill's men welocme Ryan Lowe's Plymouth Argyle to Shropshire as Salop look to ensure all three points remain at home.
Town's Manager is expecting a stern test from the Pilgrims and hopes to see a continuation of Town's performance against Pompey last time out.
On being back home:
"It will be nice to be back at home and not on the road. We've had two real long trips and they haven't been beneficial. We couldn't have had too many more difficult trips in terms of the geography of the country but the lads are ok and they've done a light session today.
"They are at the cryotherapy centre now and hopefully they will be ready and raring to go on Saturday. If we play as we did on Saturday, there won't be any problems wherever we play. We want to put in a good performance and benefit from that.
"Plymouth have some good players in their squad and Ryan Lowe has done a good job with them. I always think the first season when you bring a team up a division is difficult. Ryan did well with them last season to keep them up and he's added some good players to his squad. He's well down the line with how he wants them to play and he's done a very good job."
On the squad:
"Shaun goes back to see the doctor tomorrow and we will know more. David Davis will be a late assessment tomorrow and the same with Ryan Bowman. They're all a lot closer than they were prior to the Portsmouth game. Matthew Pennington is ok. He's had a few stitches on his eye, it was quite a bad cut in that area below the eyebrow. He's a tough boy and he's fine.
"Ethan Ebanks-Landell is back in training now. It's a positive that he's negative."
