Nathanael Ogbeta previews Town's clash with Carlisle United

Nathanael Ogbeta previews Town's Emirates FA Cup away clash with Carlisle United.

Shrewsbury Town's next fixture sees Steve Cotterill's men take on Carlisle United in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Looking to build on Town's Sky Bet League One win over Charlton Athletic, Salop will be looking to book a spot in the potentially illustrious third round.

Town wing-back Nathanael Ogebta expects a tough test from the home side but is relishing the opportunity to compete in the Emirates FA Cup.

On the fixture:

"The last FA Cup game was my FA Cup debut and I was excited to play. Stratford were good and that's the beauty of the FA Cup. That game was intense, especially at the start. As we got into the game, we got comfortable and the game changed from there. I really enjoyed playing against them.

"My fondest memory of the FA Cup would be watching City win the competition. I think Yaya Toure scored in the final, that's a great memory. The FA Cup is one of those games where you can go all out because there's nothing to lose really compared to a league game. You can go into these games all guns blazing and that's why teams cause upsets against bigger teams. It's a chance to create history and that desire to make history would make anyone player harder. The magic of the cup is 100% still there.

"There's no time to rest on our laurels or get complacent. Every team possesses a challenge and starting well is really important for us. If we can impose our game on Carlise, I don't think they'll be able to live with us. If we start well and do the right things, we have a great chance of winning the game. We don't want any slip-ups and we want to make sure we do things right.

"I am feeling good and looking forward to the game. It's another opportunity to be involved in the FA Cup. We just have to get on with the game and being in the draw is the most important thing. All of us as a team just want to go as far as we can."
