Aaron Wilbraham previews Town's Sky Bet League One home clash with MK Dons.

Shrewsbury Town welcome MK Dons to Montgomery Waters Meadow this weekend for Town's latest Sky Bet League One fixture.

The Shrews will be looking to secure all three points against the Dons as Steve Cotterill's men aim to extend the unbeaten run to four.

Town Assistant Manager Aaron Wilbraham expects a stern test from Russell Martin's outfit but notes the Salop squad are feeling confident ahead of every game.

Update on the Gaffer:

"He's in a good place because he's a lot more comfortable. He's back home and with his wife, so he's in a much happier place. He's also in better surroundings to watch the game. I know that he's been out on a couple of walks, but he's nowhere near ready to be back jumping around a technical area.

"He's heading in the right direction and he's recovering well. I spoke to him over the weekend, and that's the first game he's watched when not being on oxygen. There was more contact over the phone but it took a lot out of him."

On the fixture:

"When the team is fighting fit, and you're picking up good results, you want the games to keep coming. The Gaffer has definitely bought a winning mentality and he instills beleif. He wants the lads to believe in themselves as much as he believes in them. You can see the positivity that is surrounding the whole squad.

"MK Dons have been picking up some really good results and the manager Russell Martin is an ex-team-mate of mine. I know they play expansive football and play out from the back. You can see why they have picked results recently.

"They have a good squad. I know Dean Lewington and Cameron Jerome, they are good players. I don't know if me knowing a little bit about them gives us a little bit of an edge - we will have to see. We are looking at what they do well and focusing on what we can do."

Squad news:

"The lads looked good in training, we don't have any fresh concerns. The longer-term lads are progressing well and hopefully they get back as soon as possible."
