Salop earned away wins over league high-flyers Hull City and Lincoln City, as well as securing a 1-0 win over Blackpool at Montgomery Waters Meadow thanks to a Dan Udoh goal in the first half.
With the challenge of eight league fixtures over the four-week Christmas period, Salop secured three draws and four wins as the Shrews earned a total of 15 points.
