Aaron Wilbraha, previews Town's Sky Bet League One away fixture with Charlton Athletic.
Shrewsbury Town are on the road for a second time this week as Steve Cotterill's men take on Charlton Athletic at the Valley.
Town will be looking to make it back-to-back wins with the fixture against the Addicks following on from Salop victory over Rochdale AFC away from home.
Town Assistant Manager Aaron Wilbram is looking forward to taking on Lee Bowyer's team and acknowledges the Salop squad are feeling confident going into every game.
Update on the Gaffer:
"I've been in touch with him over the course of the week. He's disappointed to not be out of the hospital but hopefully we will have an update on him next week. We are in contact and still talking, he's disappointed to still be there."
On the fixture:
"We don't train too heavily on a Thursday because it's the second recovery day. We still put some information across to the lads and got some teamwork done. Everyone is in a good mood and ready for the game.
"We have lots of different ways to help the lads recover and get ready. Anything from the food they eat or a massage with the physiotherapists. It's important that we do the right things to get ready for the Saturday fixture.
"Charlton was one of my first games here in the reverse fixture. They're a big, physical team and we need to be at our strongest to go against them. They got a good win Tuesday, as did we, so it should be a good game.
"We always adapt for teams but it's more about what we can do well. We look into every team and their strengths but we look where we can exploit weaknesses. We need to show the same team work and effort as we did on Tuesday night. If we do that and get on the front, you will see us at our best. We can play and we need to get that belief over to the lads."
