Shrewsbury Town will play Qatar SC at Hotel Meliá Villiatana on Wednesday 6th July (19:00 KO) and welcome Burnley to Montgomery Waters Meadow on July 15th (19:00 KO).
Qatar SC finished 9th in the Qatar Stars League last season - the top division of football in the country - and embarked on their pre-season tour in Alicante on June 20th.
Most notably, their squad includes highly decorated Spanish international Javi Martinez, who won the World Cup and the European Championships in 2010 and 2012 respectively and boasts 24 other impressive accolades from his time with Bayern Munich.
They will be the first team Steve Cotterill's team face during pre-season and fans will be able to attend the fixture. Full details will be announced in due course.
Salop will be one of the first teams that Burnley's new manager - the highly decorated former Manchester City and Belgium captain Vincent Kompany - faces off against as he looks to guide the side back to England's top tier.
Kompany took over from former Shrewsbury Town assistant and caretaker manager, Mike Jackson, following the Clarets' relegation from the Premier League at the end of last season.
Burnley and Shrewsbury haven't met competitively since 1997 but did meet for a pre-season friendly in the summer of 2018, where Salop beat a Burnley side that featured Tom Heaton, James Tarkowski, Matt Lowton, Aaron Lennon, Ashley Westwood, and Chris Wood by one goal to nil away from home.
