Shrewsbury Town academy is seeking a Head of Academy Strength and Conditioning to join the staff at Shrewsbury Sports Village.

Vacancy Details:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Academy. We are looking for a hardworking individual to lead our Strength & Conditioning department. The successful candidate will be responsible and oversee the physical development of all players in the Academy across the age groups from U9s to U18s. This person will deliver practical sessions, create individual programs, help develop the physical programme and manage staff within the department.
Essential
- MSc in Sports Science or Strength and Conditioning
- BSc in Sports Science or Strength and Conditioning
- FA Safeguarding Qualification
- Fa EFFAiF (BFAS)
- Clean driving licence
- DBS check undertaken
- Computer literacy
Desirable
- Previous experience in similar role
- Knowledge and experience of EPPP
- Experience of PMA
- Other relevant qualifications
