VACANT ROLE: Shrewsbury Town Academy Head of Coaching

Organisation: Shrewsbury Town Football Club 

Hours of work: Full Time (evenings and weekends) 

Salary: Competitive 

Location: Sundorne Sports Village, Sundorne Road, Shrewsbury, SY1 4RQ

 Vacancy Details: 

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Academy to join our ever-evolving coaching and management team. We are looking for a hard-working, innovative person to be a part of the continued development of the Academy programme within a senior role. The rewarding role would see the new Head of Coaching be responsible for all the Academy coach’s and multi-disciplinary staff’s development, through various methods. Alongside this, the Head of Coaching would also be integral in ensuring the Academy is up to date with contemporary trends in football, inputting views and ideas for the continued development of the Academy and guaranteeing that we are operating to Auditory standards. 

Our Academy has made huge improvements in recent years, which we are going to maintain and further develop. Our new Head of Coaching will be crucial in ensuring the Academy is functioning at optimal standards and being innovative when further developing our programme and the way the Academy operates across all areas.
