Shrewsbury Town has changed its Twitter username from @shrewsweb to @shrewsburytown.
After years of trying, Twitter finally granted Shrewsbury Town permission to change its username today.
The account remains the same in every other way however, any tweets tagging @shrewsweb will no longer link to the club's Twitter account.
Should you wish to tag the club in any tweets going forward, please include @shrewsburytown.
