The EFL have acknowledged a problem when fans attempt to purchase an iFollow pass for this evening's games.
THE EFL said:
We are aware of an issue affecting some users when attempting to purchase an iFollow pass. The issue occurs when a user attempts to add a new payment card that already exists in their account or when they try to add a card that exceeds the number allowed on one account.
There is a simple way around this that will allow the user to purchase. When the user gets to the payment part of the checkout, they should click ‘Existing payment method’ as per the screenshot below – this will then allow them to choose a card that is already on their account and they can then click to ‘pay with this card’.
