Shrewsbury Town Foundation held its annual gala dinner recently - with the event raising a brilliant £14,712.
Hundreds of people headed to the Croud Meadow on Friday, November 24, to celebrate the outstanding work the charity has done over the past year.
As well as enjoying a three-course meal, those in attendance watched videos featuring three people the foundation has helped over the past 12 months.
They included young carer Ben who through coaching sessions is able to continue supporting his Mum while also pursuing his passion.
Another story shared on the night was about Michael - who struggled with his mental health while living in London.
Michael, though, has made huge strides forward ever since joining our exercise on referral programme.
The final story of the night focused on Debbie who receives support from our Dementia Hub while she cares for her husband living with Alzheimer's.
After watching those inspirational stories, an auction then took place at the gala dinner where a host of top prizes were won - with all the proceeds going into the foundation.
