Steve Cotterill and Luke Leahy have been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month and Player of the Month awards for January.
Steve masterminded four wins from five league games last month.
He guided Town to large victories away at Burton Albion and at home to Cambridge United, scoring nine goals and conceding just once.
The next two matches saw his substitutes take centre stage as half-time replacement Tom Bayliss netted the only goal of the game against MK Dons.
Then, just a few days later, second-half changes Rekeil Pyke and Ryan Bowman both scored in extra time to secure a stunning win over Forest Green Rovers in their first game under Duncan Ferguson.
Another sub, Killian Phillips, provided the assist for Bowman's goal.
This run of results that have backed up the never-say-die attitude Steve has instilled in his squad is one of the key reasons the gaffer was nominated for the January award.
The other nominees are Morecambe's Derek Adams, Derby County's Paul Warne and Sheffield Wednesday's Darren Moore.
Luke Leahy played an integral role in these victories, providing three goals and two assists from central midfield.
This incredible run of contributions included netted twice and contributing two assists in Town's 5-1 thrashing of Cambridge United at Montgomery Waters Meadow.
Luke also won the Shrewsbury Town Player of the Month award for January.
The other nominees are Bolton Wanderers' Dion Charles, Charlton Athletic's Scott Fraiser and Sheffield Wednesday's Josh Windass.
Congratulations to both Steve and Luke for their nominations!
The winners will be announced at 6am on Friday 10th February.
