The matchday ticket collection point for Blocks 1-12 will move from the entrance to the car park to the left of the main ticket office windows from the start of the 2023/24 season.
Due to a number of incidents last season around the collection point by the LIDL gates involving near misses when supporters collected their tickets and attempted to navigate the car park, we have decided that for the safety of our supporters, our collections for Blocks 1-12 on a matchday will now be next to the main ticket office windows.
This is where they used to be situated and will be on the programme stand labelled 'Collections' to the left of the ticket office windows. In adverse weather conditions, the collections will be from the main ticket office windows.
