Shrewsbury Town are delighted to announce we have signed Nohan Kenneh on a season-long loan from Hibs.
A tough tackling midfielder, Nohan joins us having impressed in the Scottish Premier League during a loan spell at Ross County last season.
The 20-year-old began his career at Leeds where he won caps for England under-16s, under-17s and under-18s.
Earlier this year, though, he opted to represent Liberia at international level and made his senior debut in a 2–2 draw against South Africa in March.
Head coach Matt Taylor said: “I’m extremely happy that as a club we have managed to secure Nohan’s signature.
“There were lots of other clubs interested in him which means he is fully invested with us this season.
“He is a very athletic, physical player with excellent technical ability who is fully aware of his role within the team and the squad.
“I know I say this every time we sign a player, but first and foremost he is an exceptional person which is so important.”
