Shrewsbury Town will kick off their 2023/2024 League One campaign with a home clash against Cheltenham.
Just last month, we swopped to appoint Micky Moore as our first director of football after he enjoyed five successful years with the Robins.
And now Micky will go up against his former side on the opening day of the season with Cheltenham visiting The Croud Meadow on Saturday, August 5.
We will then travel to take on recently promoted Stevenage on August 12 before back-to-back home games against Burton Albion (August 15) and Lincoln (August 19).
We finish the opening month with an away trip to Fleetwood on August 26.
Our festive fixtures see us host Peterborough at The Croud Meadow on December 23.
We then travel to Whaddon Road to take on Cheltenham on Boxing Day before a trip to Burton on December 29. We host Fleetwood Town on New Year’s Day.
Our Easter fixtures see Oxford head to Shropshire on Good Friday, we then travel to Bristol Rovers on Easter Monday.
The end-of-season run-in sees us head to Portsmouth on April 6.
We then host Wycombe Wanderers at The Croud Meadow on April 13 before making our way down to London to face Charlton on April 20.
Our final league game of the campaign sees us host Leyton Orient on Saturday, April 27.
