Josh Bailey, Declan Hutchings and Nana Owusu have all been offered professional deals to move up to Shrewsbury Town's first team next season.
Josh, Declan and Nana are all Salop academy graduates who recently completed their scholarship and have been offered the chance to join the first team squad for the 2023/24 season.
The three versatile players have all featured in the first team this season, with Josh making his League One debut at Montgomery Waters Meadow against Barnsley last November.
The left wing-back replaced Jordan Shipley for the final 15 minutes of the clash and was named on the first-team bench on a further 10 occasions before suffering an injury early in 2023.
Declan played in all three of Town's Papa John's Trophy games last season while Nana featured against Wolves under-21s and Stockport County in the competition.
Both have featured on the first-team bench on multiple occasions this season, with Declan named amongst the substitutes seven times and Nana twice.
All three youngsters have been regularly training with the first team during the 2022/23 season.
Academy director David Longwell said:
“We’re really proud of them.
“The three boys were with our under-18s for the past couple of seasons. It’s a two-year development opportunity for them and we’re delighted their development has progressed so well.
“It’s great they’ve got the opportunity with the senior lads but they just have to take it. It’s not easy to make it in the first team or to make it in League One.
“It’s now up to them to take the opportunity.”
