We caught up with Brandon Fleming and asked him some random questions to get to know him a little bit more.
Do you watch much football away from work?
Yeah, loads. I watch anything and everything I can get my hands on.
Who was the first player to introduce themselves to you when you joined Salop?
Mal Benning. We had a good chat about when we played against each other last season.
What other sports do you like to play?
Badminton and Squash mainly. I got into them while at Oxford last season.
Who is the most famous person in your phone contacts?
Tom Huddlestone.
Is there one activity you wish you could try?
Skydiving for the adrenaline rush.
What are the best and worst things about being a footballer?
The best thing is that you’re doing something you love every day. The worst is probably that it can be mentally draining at times when you’re struggling.
What restaurants or cafés are your favourite to go to?
There’s a café in Hull that does really great coffee. That’s where go all the time.
What’s the best stadium you’ve played at?
West Ham’s stadium. We played there in the cup during COVID.
