An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our academy. We are looking for a hard-working lead foundation phase coach to join our Academy Coaching Department.
The successful candidate will plan, deliver and review coaching sessions in line with our playing and coaching philosophies as well as managing and supporting the players alongside a co-coach during fixtures and training sessions.
The successful candidate will also be required to manage and lead the staff within the Foundation Phase and Pre-Academy age groups, ensuring alignment and the staff are following the academy curriculum.
In addition, they will need to be comfortable having an input within CPD events. They will also be required to liaise with other full-time and part-time staff and complete all off-pitch activities to deadlines. Ideal candidates will also demonstrate a desire and enthusiasm for their own development.
