Following five successful years at The Albion Foundation, Shin Aujla has joined Shrewsbury Town in the role of foundation director.
Shin's appointment marks an exciting new chapter for the Shrewsbury Town Foundation - with the charity arm of the club determined to expand its impact in the community.
He replaces Jamie Edwards who oversaw 10 years of growth during his time as the charity's chief executive.
With a passion for supporting the community through sport, Shin brings a wealth of experience and fresh ideas to this vital role.
As foundation director, Shin will spearhead the growing initiatives led by the foundation aimed at promoting inclusion, education, health, and wellbeing among residents of all ages.
Shin said: "It's an honour to have been appointed as director of Shrewsbury Town FC Foundation and have an opportunity to build on the legacy that Jamie Edwards has built during his time here as CEO.
"We have a talented workforce that will continue to support and provide a range of activities that engages our communities across Shrewsbury & Shropshire.
"But we also have a vision to grow and extend the reach of Shrewsbury Town Football Club. Let's look forward to the journey ahead together as blue and amber."
