Beth played for local side Frankwell Wanderers as a junior and and then joined the Shrewsbury Town Centre of Excellence at Under-14 level.
During her time in the Centre of Excellence she also played for the County.
Francis spent a season at Hanwood Ladies FC and then joined the STFC Ladies team in 2013 and has been a near ever-present since.
