Charlie Caton is the latest member of the Salop squad who joined the senior team after impressing in the Shrews' academy.
The young striker will now continue to train with the senior team on a regular basis as he looks to impress Town's Manager.
He joined Wrexham as a seven-year-old and remained there until Shrewsbury came calling when he was 16.
