Jess started her football career as a striker in a boys team and has slowly moved further back - she is now a defender.
She joined Shawbury in 2008 and was converted a midfielder.
Her impressive performances saw her earn a place in the Shrewsbury Town Centre of Excellence in 2009 as an Under-14 and it wasn't until Under-16 level that she would become a defender.
She then spent a season at Hanwood Ladies before joining the STFC Ladies team in 2013.
