The attacking left-back arrived at Montgomery Waters Meadow in May 2021 as Steve Cotterill's first summer signing - joining the club from Bristol Rovers.
Leahy is no stranger to Sky Bet League One, having represented Walsall and Rovers over the course of six years.
Leahy started his career with Falkirk and broke into their side during the 2012-13 season when Falkirk gained promotion to the Scottish Championship.
In the season previous to joining Salop, Leahy was a bright spark in the Gas XI having notched 10 goals from left-back - as well as registering five assists for his team.
After a very successful 2021/22 season that saw him make 49 appearances and win four awards at the end of season awards night, Leahy was made club captain for the 2022/23 season.
