Former teammate of Gareth Bale and Theo Walcott

Experienced Centre Half who joined Town after captaining Rochdale.

He started his career with Southampton where he was sent off in his debut against Queens Park Rangers in September 2008. 

After struggling to hold down a regular first team spot, Lancashire went on loan to Grimsby Town, where he spent three loan spells. 

He was released by Southampton in 2010 and joined Walsall on a two year deal. 

He then moved onto Aldershot but was made redundant after the club went into administration following their relegation to the Conference. 

Lancashire signed a one year deal with Rochdale in 2013 and quickly established himself as a first team regular. 

After signing a new contract ahead of the 2014/15 season, Lancashire was appointed captain and went onto make over 100 appearances in all competitions for the Spotland based side. 

Lancashire turned down a new contract with Rochdale and joined Town in the summer of 2016 on a two year deal.
