Ben Cirne joined Shrewsbury Town as the Club's First-Team Analyst in January 2021.
Ben's journey into football began with Southend United - joining the club as their Youth Team Analyst. However, after just one year, Ben was promoted and started his new role as the Shrimpers' Head of Performance Analysis.
After six years with Southend, the 27-year-old joined Millwall Football Club - spending one year with the London outfit.
Ben currently holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies from the University of Essex and has also achieved a Master's Degree in Sports Performance Analysis from Middlesex University.
