After playing football from around the age of five and being a season ticket holder for Shrewsbury Town, it only made sense for Maddie to join the women’s side.
Having previously played for TNS and AFC Telford, Shrewsbury was a bit closer to home.
Maddie is currently in the process of completing her PE teacher training, so being able to play for Shrewsbury allows her to continue playing the sport she loves whilst pursuing her dream job.
