Information for purchasing tickets for matches
There are a number of ways you can purchase tickets to watch Shrewsbury Town in action this season and we have detailed the options below on how to do so.
Fans will be required to have a supporters number to buy tickets for any league game and cup match. You can obtain this from the ticket office (Both in person or over the phone) or online from our e-ticketing site
We require your name, Post code, and Contact number to create your account.
Season tickets holders can find their supporters number on their season ticket card under ‘Client Ref’
If you are already registered you can activate your account online to purchase straight from the e-ticketing website. This is located at the top right of the page under the ‘Register’ Button. The option to activate is in the Login area.
Home Match Tickets
Buying in advance is the best way to guarantee that seat you sit in each week, the view that you are used to at the Greenhous Meadow or to avoid the lengthy queues that may occur.
Purchase tickets from the comfort of your armchair by visiting www.eticketing.co.uk/shrewsburytownfc
Contact the Ticket Office by phone on 01743 273943 (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 8am-6pm)
Or visit the Ticket Office in person at the Greenhous Meadow (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Saturday Match Day 10am-Kick Off, Saturday non-match day 10am-1pm)
Purchasing on the day of the game can result in you missing out on that favourite seat or not sitting alongside a family member who already has a ticket. Match days tend to be busy at the Ticket Office which can cause lengthy queues that may result in you missing the start of the game.
Tickets will still be available online at www.eticketing.co.uk/shrewsburytownfc
You can still purchase over the phone on 01743 273943 between the above hours. Please note, the phone lines are busy on a match day so occasionally you may have to wait longer than usual to get through to a member of staff.
Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Greenhous Meadow Ticket Office from 10am up until kick off.
Collecting Match Tickets
Home and away match tickets can be collected at the Ticket Office at the Greenhous Meadow (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Saturday Match Day 10am-Kick Off, Saturday non-match day 10am-1pm).
Collecting on a match day? From 12:30pm on a match day, tickets will be available for collection at our collection point up until kick off on a weekend fixture. On a midweek fixture, they will be available on the collection point from 6:30pm.
Not all away clubs will offer a collection service for our supporters to collect on the day of an away fixture. If you are purchasing away tickets close to the day of the match, please contact the Ticket Office direct on 01743 273943 to arrange a delivery/collection option.
Prices and on sale dates of cup tickets will be announced via our official website and social media channels once the details are confirmed between the opposition club.
