Loyalty points explained
For each home league game attended, supporters will earn 1 Loyalty Point.
Loyalty Points are awarded after supporters purchase tickets.
If supporters purchase more than one ticket but only quote one Client Reference Number, only 1 point will be awarded. When tickets are purchased online, Loyalty Points will be awarded automatically.
Every away league game that a supporter purchases tickets through the club, they will be awarded 2 Loyalty Points for each Client Reference Number given when tickets are purchased.
Season ticket holders will be awarded 23 loyalty points for the season.
Loyalty Points are automatically added to the individual supporters account at the time of purchase. If you find there are points missing from your account, please contact the ticket office on 01743 273943.
What is a Client Reference Number?
A Client Reference Number is a unique number that is allocated to you once you have registered on the Ticketing System (previously your Supporter Number).
Season ticket holders will find this number printed on their Season Ticket Access Cards.
Supporters who purchase tickets on a match by match basis will find this number on the bottom of their match tickets next to their name.
